If your item arrives damaged, defective, or just not glowing the way it should, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. A photo of the issue will help us assess the situation quickly.
In most cases, we offer a full or partial refund or a replacement item — and you won’t need to return the original.
We believe in keeping things easy, because that’s what magical lighting should feel like.
However, to ensure fairness for all our customers, we do reserve the right to limit refunds or replacements in cases where multiple claims have been made under the same account or address.
